Non-Alcoholic Coconut Ice/Coconut Water Slushy
Ingredients
- O.N.E. Coconut Water
Instructions: To make coconut ice, pour O.N.E. Coconut Water into an ice cube tray and put into the freezer. To make a coconut water slushy, put the frozen ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
Coconut Water in the Kitchen
Cooking with coconut water is a great way to add nutrients without adding a lot of calories. Try using pure coconut water:
- To deglaze a pan when you don’t want to use alcohol.
- Use instead of water when cooking rice or other grains.
- Make geletin deserts with coconut water.
- Try as a braising liquid for pork or beef.
- Mixed with cornstarch to thicken Asian stir-fry dishes
- Freeze it in ice pop molds for kids
